All packages will be shipped through the USPS.
First-Class Mail should deliver your small item within 1-3 business days
Priority Mail should deliver your package within 1-3 business days
Priority Mail Express should deliver your package in 2 business days
RETURNS
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase, with a full refund - however return shipping is not compensated.

SHIPPING IS TRASH-FREE
Almost all the packaging is 100% recyclable or compostable with the two exceptions of the fragile stickers on the boxes of ceramic goods and the jewelry box liners.
The boxes are recyclable, as is the tape - however most municipalities still prefer the tape be removed from the cardboard before both are recycled.
The packing peanuts are made from cornstarch + potato starch and are dissolvable in your sink or are biodegradable.
The wood confetti, used for ceramic purchases, is untreated wood shavings and is biodegradable.
All paper in the box is also recyclable, but the *recycling reminder* is printed on recycled seed paper, which is handmade paper in which wildflower seeds have been embedded - so you can plant the paper and hopefully watch wildflowers sprout from it :)
PICKUP/DROPOFF
If you live in San Francisco, you can pick up your Studio Mirage goods! I will also deliver your goods to your doorstep, but contactless to follow COVID precautions. If you want to choose this option, please send me an email at studiomirageshop@gmail.com so that we may coordinate and make the pickup/dropoff safe!
The cutoff for pickup/dropoff for the holidays is Saturday, December 20th.
